About Levi Henry
I spent 12 years in music before I ever touched a sales pipeline.
The pivot looked sudden from the outside. The foundation wasn't new.
As a mixing engineer, producer, songwriter, and artist, I served clients in Nigeria and internationally, working with more than 1,000 artists over the years. But it wasn't just the technical work — I trained producers coming up in the craft, and taught others how the music business actually works: how to build a career, price your work, and turn talent into something sustainable.
Then I pivoted directly into sales — working with international million and billion-dollar companies. That's where I learned how successful businesses are actually built: the technology solutions that power them, how to identify the right tools for a given problem, how to build and train a sales team from the ground up, how to generate leads through inbound and outbound, and how to build and manage a pipeline that consistently turns into revenue. I still perform and release music under the name Halo Mr.
The pivot looked sudden from the outside, but the foundation wasn't new.
Teaching producers how to build a career, teaching artists how the business side works — that's the same work I do now, just applied to a different room. Helping people build the skills that make them valuable, and helping businesses build the systems that turn that value into revenue.
Levi Henry Group is where that experience became a business.
Roots
Built in Nigeria. Sharpened internationally.
The work started at home — in studios across Nigeria, with artists chasing something real — and grew through rooms with international companies operating at a scale most never see up close. Both taught the same lesson: talent is common, but the systems that turn talent into income are rare.
That's the perspective I bring to every engagement — the craftsman's respect for the work, and the operator's respect for what actually produces revenue.
The path
Same instinct, different rooms.
The studio years
Twelve years as a mixing engineer, producer, songwriter, and artist — 1,000+ artists, in Nigeria and internationally. Trained producers and taught the business of music.
The pivot into sales
Inside international million and billion-dollar companies — learning how real businesses run: their tech, their teams, their pipelines, and how revenue actually gets made.
Levi Henry Group
The same teaching instinct, applied to a new room: building the people and the systems that produce revenue for individuals and small business owners.
Still creating
I never really left the music.
I still perform and release music under the name Halo Mr. — because the creative discipline that built the first twelve years is the same one that makes the second act work. The stage and the pipeline aren't as far apart as they look.
